Target Audience: Who is the primary audience for this exhibition? Consider demographics, interests, and potential collectors.

Target audience is online. Primarily younger tech savvy creative minded, intuitive Gen X

Outreach Methods: How will you effectively reach your audience? Think about digital marketing, social media, press outreach, partnerships, and traditional media.

Website as marketing hub. Featured content will be pushed to social media. Partnerships could include physical storefronts to display featured works. Short-term displays at The Wine Store, New Restaurant, Jewelry Store would include directions to the website for more information & artworks purchasing option.

Exhibition Narrative: What is the core story or theme of the exhibition? How will this narrative shape the marketing approach?

Exhibition is part of a larger thematic project. Overall theme will be “time travel road trip”. Marketing approach will include a photo feed of other artists’ works with a similar aesthetic, historical photos, related ephemera.

Who would be the ideal person to represent and promote the exhibition (e.g., the artist, curator, gallery director, or a special guest)?

Project will be designed to run from a content first perspective. Project initially run by artist and if proven successful other roles can be added.

Audience Engagement: What strategies will you use to actively engage your audience before, during, and after the exhibition?

during: Private invite emails to known people

after: Activate email list marketing for wider audience invites

Content Creation: What types of content (e.g., videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes features, blog posts, interactive experiences) will you produce to generate interest and excitement?
